Delete your data
Last updated:
You can delete your Solunari account and its personal data yourself at any time, including if you signed up with Facebook or Google. If you cannot sign in, we can help after confirming you own the account.
Delete your account in Settings #
- Sign in to Solunari.
- Open your account menu and choose Settings.
- Open “Delete my account”.
- Confirm it is you: enter your password, or, if you use Google or Facebook, choose “Sign in again” with that provider. A sign-in from the last 10 minutes is required.
- Type DELETE and select “Permanently delete account”.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. This cannot be undone.
If you signed up with Facebook or Google #
Follow the same steps. You do not need a password: signing in again with Facebook or Google confirms it is you.
Removing Solunari from your Facebook or Google settings stops sign-in through that provider, but it does not delete your data at Solunari. To delete it, use the steps above or contact us.
If you cannot sign in #
- If you used email and password, try resetting your password first.
- Otherwise, send a request through the contact form with the topic “Data deletion”, using the email address of your Solunari account.
We reply by email to the account's email address to confirm that you control it. We do not delete an account on an unverified request, and we do not reveal whether an email address has an account. We tell you when the deletion is complete.
What is deleted #
- your account, email and password hash, and your Google or Facebook connection with its stored sign-in tokens;
- all sessions;
- your profile and settings;
- your birth details and every saved revision;
- natal charts, personal daily analyses, personal forecasts and AI-written personal readings;
- personal share cards.
What may remain #
- Support messages you sent us are kept separately and are no longer linked to your account. They are deleted as described in our Privacy Policy, or sooner if you ask.
- General horoscopes and articles published by Solunari, which contain no personal data.
- Short-lived security records, such as rate-limit counters.
- Copies in our providers' backups and logs, until they are overwritten.
- Anything you downloaded or shared yourself.
After deletion #
A deleted account cannot be restored. If you later sign in again with the same Google or Facebook account, a new, empty Solunari account is created.
